Karen works as a full time sculptor in Patcham, Brighton, Sussex. She loves the flexibility which clay allows and so can express her feelings quickly before casting each piece. She loves to explore the human figure, extracting from it the very essence of beauty, seductiveness and strength, and then interweaves these qualities into her pieces. Karens work is mostly realistic in style but sometimes ventures in to a hint of abstract which often expresses a quiet serenity with a touch of mischievousness. Works are in Bronze and Bronze Resin.
